What are the delivery times?


In order to protect the planet, all items are embroidered or printed in France, but most importantly, they are made to order! So, it takes between 7 and 10 working days to receive your T-shirt!
 
 
For posters and other products, it's 7 working days!


Who should I contact if I have problems with my purchase?

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my purchase? 

Because everyone has the right to change their mind! Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product.
They must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Please note that the return of the product is at the customer's expense, so prefer a tracked shipment. 

Please note that thefts or losses by postal services are not our responsibility.

 

Refunds and exchanges

Contact FERE before returning your product at hello@fereparis.com to explain your case.

Any Customer may request an exchange of their item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item(s). They may also request a refund within 10 days from the same date, except for customers who have paid via PayPal*. The date of receipt of the order will serve as proof that the deadline has been met.


Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
 

We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims. Don't forget to include your order number on your package for faster processing of your return.


The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received for the return to be validated: presented in its entirety, unworn, and in its original packaging. If the item is refused by FERE, it will be returned to the Customer at FERE's expense, without the Customer being able to claim any compensation whatsoever. 
Once the return is validated, the refund will be made via PayPal. 

FERE can only issue a refund within 10 days from the date of receipt of the order by the customer. The carrier's stamp will serve as proof that the deadline has been met.

The Customer will be refunded within 72 hours from the date their return is processed.

*Customers using PayPal will be eligible for an exchange or a credit note, but refunds will not be processed.


📦  Unclaimed / Uncollected Parcel

If the parcel is not collected by the customer within the time limits indicated by the carrier (pickup point or home delivery), the parcel is automatically returned to the sender.

In this case, a new shipment can be made at the customer's request, subject to payment of the reshipment costs, corresponding to the shipping costs in effect at the time of reshipment.

The seller cannot be held responsible for non-receipt due to the customer's failure to collect the parcel.
