Can I change the size if it doesn't fit?
Of course! Send me an email at hello@fereparis.com and we will quickly arrange the exchange of your product, provided it hasn't been worn and has no defects, of course :)
And can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with my purchase?
We do not offer refunds on posters and other decorative items as these are fragile items. However, for ready-to-wear clothing, yes, you just need to do so within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are still in perfect condition and have not been worn. Please note that the cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility, so we recommend tracked shipping.
