General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Buyer's Capacity
The Customer who purchases on the site declares to be legally capable of entering into these general terms and conditions of sale.
Price
All prices presented on the site are in euros, all taxes included. FERE reserves the right to modify its prices without prior notice, and the prices applied to the Customer are those displayed on the site at the time of their order. Goods remain the full property of FERE until the total sum due has been received from the Customer.
Presentation of Items
FERE strives to present and describe its items as accurately and precisely as possible. However, any error or omission cannot be attributed to FERE, and FERE's liability cannot be engaged on this basis under any circumstances. Photographs and videos cannot be held against FERE.
Order
The order is validated once payment has been accepted. FERE reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with FERE or if FERE believes that the Customer poses a risk of payment default. FERE then reserves the right to request additional information from its Customer if it deems it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. If the Customer does not respond within 5 days of the order, the order and payment will be cancelled. FERE undertakes to honor received orders, only within the limits of available stock.
Delivery in Metropolitan France
The delivery time is 7 to 10 working days. If the non-observance of the delivery time is due to the Customer or an unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party or a case of force majeure, FERE cannot be held liable.
Respect for Privacy
FERE reserves the right to collect data on the Customer. However, in accordance with Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, any Customer or user of the site may object to the commercial use of their data and benefits from a right to access, rectify, and delete data concerning them.
Intellectual Property
All elements present on the website www.fereparis.com, whether visual, textual or auditory, are the exclusive property of FERE and are protected by intellectual property law and copyright. As such, any reproduction of the website www.fereparis.com, whether partial or full, is strictly prohibited. You may set up links to our website if you do so fairly and if this does not in any way harm our reputation or take advantage of our notoriety. However, you are prohibited from establishing such a link in such a way as to suggest a form of association if it does not exist. Furthermore, it is strictly forbidden to create a link to our website on a website that does not belong to you. We reserve the right to remove links without prior notice.
Retention of Title
All products offered for sale on fereparis.com remain the property of FERE until full payment.
Personal Data
The information collected for order processing is strictly confidential and is marked with an asterisk (*) when essential for managing the Customer's order. FERE SAS undertakes not to disclose this information.
Cookies
In accordance with the provisions of Law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, the site is subject to a CNIL (French National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties) declaration, number 2114152. The user has a right to access, modify, rectify, and delete data concerning them. To exercise this right, the Customer must send an email to hello@fereparis.com, indicating "Modification of personal data" in the email subject.
All personal information we collect is strictly necessary for order processing, delivery, and invoicing. Your account information is therefore only used within the scope of your commercial relationship with the Site.
Any missing information will result in the automatic refusal of the order.
The personal information collected on the Site is processed by the Company for customer relationship management and prospecting purposes. This information is only transmitted to companies that contribute to the management, execution, and processing of orders.
Furthermore, the Company does not transmit any personal information to third parties for prospecting purposes but may be required to disclose it to legally authorized organizations and authorities, to the extent that disclosure is required or permitted by law, or when it deems it necessary or appropriate to comply with laws and other applicable texts, or to protect or defend its rights or those of its employees, customers, or any other person.
Finally, your banking information is never in our possession. Transactions are entirely processed by Paypal or Stripes.
If the Customer has previously agreed, they may receive Newsletters from which they can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email received.
All personal information is stored with the Site's host, whose contact details are listed on the Site under the "Legal Notice" section.
The Site uses cookies (connection witnesses) that only allow the storage of temporary data related to the current session, such as the products you select, the time spent on the Site. This collected information is in no way nominative and is not saved from one session to another.
